This Services & Repair Policy is issued by Bhansali Bizgrow LLP trading as Avitree World and governs all servicing, repair and maintenance work carried out on bicycles and e-bicycles purchased through Avitree or its authorised dealer network.
Services described herein are available at Avitree-authorised service centres and through select authorised dealers. Availability of specific services may vary by location.
2. Service Types & Coverage
2.1 Complimentary First Service
Every bicycle purchased from Avitree or an authorised dealer is eligible for one complimentary first service, to be availed within 30 days of delivery or the first 200km of riding, whichever is earlier. This service includes gear and brake adjustment, wheel truing check, bolt torque check, and general safety inspection.
2.2 Essential Tune-Up
A paid service covering brake and gear adjustment, chain lubrication, wheel truing, and a full safety check. Recommended at 6-month intervals or 1,500km, whichever is earlier.
2.3 Performance Service
A paid service covering deep drivetrain cleaning, hydraulic brake bleed (where applicable), suspension inspection, and precision gear tuning. Recommended annually for riders exceeding 3,000km per year or engaged in competitive/off-road use.
2.4 Full Overhaul
A paid service covering complete strip-down, bearing replacement (headset, bottom bracket, hubs), cable and housing replacement, and frame/fork inspection. Recommended every 2 years or after 5,000km of cumulative use.
2.5 E-Bike Diagnostics & Servicing
Covers battery health assessment, motor calibration, firmware/software updates, and electrical system inspection. E-bike diagnostic service is recommended annually and is mandatory prior to any battery-related warranty claim.
3. Pricing & Charges
Service pricing is determined by the service tier selected and is available at www.avitreebikes.com/services or at the applicable service centre. Charges for replacement parts, consumables (brake pads, cables, lubricants), and labour are additional and will be communicated prior to commencement of work.
Pricing may vary between authorised dealer locations based on regional operating costs.
4. Turnaround Time
Standard services are completed within 24–48 hours of drop-off, subject to parts availability. Full Overhauls and e-bike diagnostic services may require 3–5 business days. Avitree will notify the customer of any delays exceeding the stated turnaround.
5. Pickup & Drop-Off
Customers may drop off their bicycle at any authorised Avitree service centre or, where available, schedule a pickup through www.avitreebikes.com/services. Pickup and delivery charges, where applicable, will be disclosed at the time of scheduling.
6. Parts Used in Servicing
Avitree service centres use OEM or brand-approved components only. Use of third-party or non-approved parts during servicing at a non-authorised facility may affect eligibility for future warranty claims on the affected component, in accordance with the Warranty Policy.
7. Service Records
All service work is logged against the bicycle's registered frame serial number. Customers are advised to retain service invoices, as proof of regular maintenance may be required to process certain warranty claims.
8. Liability
Avitree is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects not disclosed at the time of drop-off. Any additional issues identified during servicing will be communicated to the customer before proceeding, and additional charges will apply only with customer consent.
9. Cancellation
Customers may cancel a scheduled service appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations after work has commenced may be subject to a partial service charge.
