1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy issued by Bhansali Bizgrow LLP (trading as Avitree Bikes / Avitree World, hereinafter "Company" or "Avitree") governs the cancellation of orders placed on the Avitree Platform for bicycles, accessories, and spare parts ("Products"). This Policy is to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

2.1 Pre-Dispatch Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To initiate a cancellation:

 

•       Contact our customer support team at connect@avitreeworld.com or call +91 84333 28100 / +91 84333 28200 with your Order ID.

•       Alternatively, use the 'Cancel Order' option in the My Orders section of your account, if available.

 

Upon confirmation of the pre-dispatch cancellation, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

2.2 Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit. Customers who do not wish to accept delivery should refuse the package at the door and notify Avitree immediately at connect@avitreeworld.com. Post-delivery cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation by Avitree

Avitree reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion without prior notice in the following circumstances:

 

•       Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable customer information

•       Non-availability of the ordered Product

•       Pricing or specification errors caused by technical glitches; in such cases, the customer will be informed and a full refund processed within 90 (ninety) working days

•       Suspicion of fraudulent, bulk, or speculative orders

•       Logistical inability to deliver to the specified address

•       Force Majeure events preventing fulfilment

 

On cancellation by Avitree, the customer will receive a notification via email or SMS and a full refund for the amount paid, subject to the terms of the Refund Policy.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders for customised or specially configured bicycles, limited-edition releases, or Products specifically ordered on the customer's request may be non-cancellable once confirmed. Such restrictions will be communicated clearly on the product page at the time of purchase.
