Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy issued by Bhansali Bizgrow LLP (trading as Avitree Bikes / Avitree World) governs refunds and replacements for Products purchased on the Avitree Platform. All refund requests are subject to the conditions set out below and must be initiated within the applicable time window.

 

2. Eligibility for Return and Refund

Avitree will accept return and refund requests only in the following circumstances:

 

       Manufacturing defect confirmed upon inspection by an authorised Avitree dealer or the Avitree service team

       Product received in damaged condition due to transit mishandling — provided the customer has photographed/video-recorded the packaging before unboxing and notified Avitree within 48 hours of delivery

       Wrong product delivered (model, colour, or size different from what was ordered)

       Product is incomplete (missing components listed in the product description)

 

Returns and refunds will NOT be accepted in the following situations:

 

       Change of mind after delivery

       Damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorised modification

       Cosmetic damage (minor paint chips, scuff marks) that does not affect product functionality

       Damage resulting from stunt riding, ramp jumping, dirt biking, or commercial use

       Products returned without prior authorisation from Avitree

       Claims raised beyond the stipulated time window

 

3. Return Time Window

       Bicycles: Return request must be raised within 7 days of the date of delivery.

       Accessories and Spare Parts: Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery; accessories cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

       Damaged-in-Transit Claims: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence.

 

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Avitree customer support at connect@avitreeworld.com or +91 84333 28100 with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or video.
  2. Avitree will review the request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and pickup / drop-off instructions within 2 business days.
  3. The Product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and warranty card. Products sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
  4. Upon receipt, Avitree will conduct a quality inspection within 3–5 business days. The customer will receive an email or SMS confirmation once the inspection is complete.
  5. If the defect or damage is confirmed, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

 

5. Refund Processing

       Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

       Refund timelines: 5–7 business days for UPI and net banking; 7–10 business days for credit/debit cards (subject to the card-issuing bank's processing schedule).

       In cases of Avitree-initiated cancellations due to pricing errors or non-availability, refunds will be processed within 90 (ninety) working days.

       Avitree will not be responsible for delays in refund crediting attributable to the customer's bank or payment provider.

 

6. Replacements

Where a refund is not preferred, Avitree may, subject to stock availability, offer a replacement of the same model and variant. Replacement timelines will be communicated at the time of approval.

 

7. Avitree's Right to Refuse

Avitree reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this Policy. Avitree's decision on refund requests shall be final and binding. In the event of frivolous or baseless complaints, Avitree reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.
