At Avitree, we build our bikes to last by subjecting them to rigorous tests. We stand behind the quality of every product.
Warranty Conditions
- All bikes must be registered to claim the warranty.
- Warranty claims must be made through an authorized Firefox store.
- The bike must be inspected by an authorized dealer for manufacturing defects.
- Proof of Purchase (Invoice) is mandatory for all warranty claims.
How to Claim Warranty
- Ensure the bike is registered.
- Visit an authorized Avitree Dealer/store with the product and original proof of purchase for inspection.
- The dealer will determine whether the defect is manufacturing-related or due to usage.
Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper assembly or maintenance
- Installation of incompatible parts or accessories
- Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Labor charges for part replacement
- Modifications to the frame, fork, or components
- Neon color fading due to prolonged sun exposure
The bike is abused, misused, or used for unauthorised activities such as stunt riding, ramp jumping, dirt biking, or any commercial usage.
There are alterations or substitutions of component parts.
