  All cycles purchased through our website will be shipped directly to your address. Our expert team ensures that each bike is pre-assembled, thoroughly inspected, and securely packed before dispatch.

• Shipping Charges:
  Delivery charges for cycles may vary based on your location and will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

• Delivery Time:
  Orders are usually delivered within 5–9 business days, depending on your location and availability.

• Order Confirmation & Tracking:
  You’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your cycle is dispatched.

• Damages or Issues:
  If your cycle arrives damaged or with any issue, please contact us immediately and retain all packaging materials. We’ll assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.

Accessory Shipping Policy

• We ship all cycle accessories across India with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days.

• Standard shipping charges apply and will be shown during checkout.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
