Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described. 
- You receive the wrong model, color, or size. 
- There are manufacturing defects or serious performance issues. 
Please note: Bikes that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
Replacement Policy
- Replacements are processed only for defective or damaged items. 
- Please share clear images or video of the issue within 7 days. 
- If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost. 
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible. 
- Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. 
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
- Products damaged due to improper handling, accidents, or third-party assembly. 
- Any return initiated after 7 days of delivery. 
- Customized orders or limited-edition models (if applicable).

- Reason for return 
- Photos/videos of the issue 
 
- Wait for return approval from our team. 
- Pack the bike securely in its original packaging. 
- We’ll arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.
